Mission Statement:	
Equipping Kingdom Builders through the instruction and the
in-filling of God, producing the over-flowing of His Spirit into the world.

Goals:		Serving the body of Christ by:
		
a)	developing personal relationships with Jesus Christ.
b)	awakening the vision and passion within individuals for the 
          Kingdom of God.
c)	using individuals to ignite a unity within the Body of  Christ, our 
          denomination and individual churches.
d)	encouraging individuals to reproduce their vision within their local
          churches.
e)	developing and implementing projects and short-term missions that 
          become contagious and define the above goals.
f)	providing an atmosphere of safe transition while removing people 
          from their comfort zones, enabling them to grow into the fullness 
          of Jesus Christ and empowering them in His destiny and vision for 
          their lives.
g)       empowering discipleship by balancing the call on each person’s  
          life, and the need to make a living and raise a family.

Purpose:
An outreach of the New Auburn 7th Day Baptist church that helps fulfill the needs of individuals, the local church, the Missionary Society, denomination and the Body of Christ.

Where:	New Auburn 7th Day Baptist Church, parsonage and outreach center.


When: 	Options of:
        Fall (Oct-Dec), 
        Winter (Feb-April) Semesters 
        Summer (May-Aug) mini-sessions (1-2 week)

Funding:Self-supportive by tuition of students and gifts of others.
	
Training:Three months of training, implementation and evaluation.
	
OPTIONAL:During the following month, a mission trip may be scheduled   
         according to the needs and finances of the students 

Tools include:	Church property ( 2 Buildings ), staff, books, copier,   
                projectors, curriculum, etc

Cost: $50 per week, students provide their own food, clothing, etc.

Example topics:	Learn Biblically about intimacy with God, honor, forgiveness,  
                healing, miracles, deliverance, prophecy, fasting, the power  
                of prayer, submission, holiness, vision, unity, missions, etc.

Overview: Graduates of high school and at least 18 yrs of age are welcome and 
          encouraged to attend to become Kingdom builders. The school will   
          provide immediate application of the information gained through the 
          instruction. They will work in the local church, extended community 
          and a designated outreach nationally and/or internationally. Cost 
          for outreaches must be raised and/or paid for by the students. 
          Students will be encouraged to obtain part-time, day jobs. Each 
          participant must agree to a minimum of 30 hours of God time 
          (ministry, study, church, instruction, etc.) per week, and must set 
          aside a minimum of 4 evenings a week for said time.
